Is that really buttercream?
I specialize in buttercream cakes. Although I do offer fondant cakes as well, almost all of the cakes pictured on my website are frosted with buttercream, using fondant only for the decorations. I get my frosting so smooth that you and your guests will be shocked to know that your cake is frosted with buttercream! This benefits you in two ways: you get the delicious taste of a buttercream cake that has the professional look of a fondant cake, plus you pay less than you would for an all-fondant cake!
About Me
I started decorating cakes for fun when I was in college. I was a teacher for several years before I became a stay-at-home mom. In 2009, I decided to start my own cake business. In 2023, I went back to work full time as a special education teacher, so I am no longer, taking orders, but I still run summer cake decorating camps for kids every summer.
