Cake Camp (12-17 year-olds)
Cake Camp will be June 2-5, 2026 (9:30-noon daily) for ages 12-17.
$175 Registration fee includes all supplies and a ton of decorating tools, which you'll get to keep at the end of camp! Registration for camp is limited to the first 10 campers to pay in full.

About Natalie
I started my cake business in 2009. Before that, I was a fifth grade teacher in the Carrollton school district. I have 2 kids and an awesome husband. I am currently a special education teacher for Northwest ISD.
About the Camp

Here is a basic outline of what you will learn in the cake camp:
Day 1: Food safety; making buttercream frosting; frosting cupcakes; piping skills; cake design
Day 2: Stacking cake layers; making cake pops; basics of fondant
Day 3: Frosting a cake; working with fondant
Day 4: Fondant figurines; decorating your cake

Here are the supplies you'll need to bring:
something to pull your hair back
medium/large mixing bowl
rubber/silicone scraper (or large spoon)
