Types of Frosting
Most of the cakes you see on my website are frosted with buttercream, using fondant for the decorations.
Buttercream
The traditional favorite. Great for decorating.
Fondant
popular because of its smooth, elegant look. Fondant is rolled out and draped over a cake that has already been frosted.
Chocolate Buttercream
Rich and creamy, made with cocoa powder
Chocolate Ganache
Super rich and smooth,
adds $5 per tier
White Chocolate Buttercream

Fillings
Instead of putting frosting between the cake layers, you can have one of these fillings for an extra $5 per tier. Or try combining 2 flavors for $7.50 per tier.
